Lead the end-to-end design of AI-driven features and the C6 Assistant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify complex AI capabilities. Define interaction patterns for conversational UI and contribute to the Diamond Design System's AI experience chapter.
Responsibilities
- Design AI‑native features such as intelligent assistants, contextual nudges, smart search and generative content surfaces
- Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational UI within the Diamond Design System
- Run concept sprints and high‑fidelity prototyping to align stakeholders and validate ideas
- Partner with researchers to plan and interpret qualitative and quantitative studies (usability tests, A/B tests, diary studies)
- Co‑author design specifications and acceptance criteria with engineering, including AI‑specific guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or conversational products
- Portfolio showing full ownership of AI features
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Figma proficiency, prototyping, design systems and design tokens
- Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP and recommendation systems
