Product Designer

Bridge the gap between design and development by creating polished, accessible interfaces from functional requirements to production code. Build and maintain reusable design systems and components while contributing to brand identities and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Take functional requirements, business goals, and user needs to design clear, intuitive end‑to‑end experiences
• Define interaction models, interface states, and design foundations before engineering handoff
• Design in Figma and implement production‑ready front‑end code using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
• Create and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and design‑system foundations
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and high‑quality front‑end architecture
• Conduct user research, prototyping, and usability testing as needed
• Contribute to brand identities, landing pages, marketing materials, and visual systems
• Help establish design‑engineering standards, improve workflows, and evaluate new tools
• Communicate design decisions to designers, engineers, product leaders, and clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, front‑end development, or a hybrid design‑engineer role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished digital products and high‑quality front‑end implementation
• Proficiency with React and modern CSS frameworks
• Expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, and design‑system workflows
• Understanding of motion design principles and ability to implement with Framer Motion, React Spring, or GSAP
• Experience building with Next.js or similar React frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
