- Lead the pursuit, planning, and execution of complex vertical building projects using alternative delivery models like Design-Build and CMAR across California. Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with at least 15 years of experience leading complex building projects. Must have a proven track record in alternative delivery models and established relationships with major California contractors.
