Conduct UX research to understand user behaviors, motivations, and decision-making processes regarding data sharing. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support product decisions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies that generate actionable insights on data‑sharing behaviors
- Explore choice architecture and decision‑making processes
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce recommendations
- Present findings clearly to product, design and engineering teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners in high‑rigor environments
Requirements
- Strong ability to conduct UX research focused on human behavior
- Capability to investigate motivations and factors influencing user decisions
- Knowledge of UX research methods from problem definition to insight generation
- Analytical skills to interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data into actionable recommendations
- Critical thinking and depth in hypothesis exploration
- Clear communication for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders
- Autonomy and ability to work under high technical demands
