Responsibilities
- Participate in training and alignment on research script and objectives
- Prepare for remote interviews by studying context, audience and script
- Conduct remote interviews in French with veterinarians and rural producers
- Ask questions clearly, impartially and in depth
- Explore relevant answers and ask follow‑up questions as needed
- Accurately record and document interview information
- Organize and synthesize key learnings from interviews
- Share insights with the project team
- Flag any difficulties, delays or required adjustments during execution
Requirements
- Fluent French with ability to conduct professional interviews
- Experience in UX Research or qualitative research methods
- Experience conducting user or stakeholder interviews
- Excellent oral communication, active listening and deep‑probing skills
- Ability to follow research scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Strong organization for recording, documenting and synthesizing findings
- Availability to interview across different time zones in Sep‑Oct 2026
- PJ (self‑employed) contract availability
