The role involves leading the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and hypothesis validation to high-fidelity prototyping. The designer will balance usability, technical feasibility, and business value while maintaining the company's Design System.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders, map journeys and identify friction points and opportunities
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, turn insights into solution hypotheses and use data to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, flows and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensuring technical feasibility with development teams
- Validate hypotheses and solutions with real users throughout the experience
- Maintain visual and experiential consistency by contributing to the Design System
- Promote UX/UI best practices and help foster a data‑driven, user‑focused design culture
Requirements
- Proven end‑to‑end product design experience with a portfolio covering discovery, ideation and validation
- Strong analytical ability to connect qualitative research with business indicators and satisfaction metrics
- Advanced mastery of Figma (auto‑layout, components, libraries) and collaborative design tools
- Solid experience with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing and surveys
- Ability to articulate and negotiate with technical and business stakeholders
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
