Create political campaign graphics, social media creatives, and visual materials tailored for Punjabi-speaking audiences. Collaborate with strategy teams to develop design concepts and iterate based on campaign manager feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create political campaign graphics, social media creatives, posters, banners, and other visual materials for Punjabi‑speaking audiences
• Develop design concepts and execute layouts aligned with campaign objectives
• Adapt designs for multiple digital platforms and iterate based on feedback from campaign managers
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to ensure visual alignment with messaging
• Stay informed about current political developments in Punjab to keep designs relevant
• Ensure all visuals are culturally appropriate, on‑brand, and delivered within deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
• Ability to design for digital platforms (social media, websites, digital ads)
• Fluency in Punjabi (reading and writing) and good command of English or Hindi
• Experience or strong interest in political communication and campaign design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Openness to constructive feedback and iterative design processes
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
