Design and improve digital banking products by balancing user experience with business objectives across multiple channels. Lead user research, create high-fidelity prototypes, and use data analysis to optimize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead user and market research to generate actionable insights for product strategy
- Create information architecture, navigation flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and visual UI using the bank’s design system
- Validate design hypotheses through data analysis, A/B testing and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams and design leadership to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
- Apply AI tools to automate repetitive design tasks and accelerate discovery activities
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops, design critiques and stakeholder presentations
- Maintain and evolve the bank’s design system, ensuring consistency across digital and assisted channels
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end digital product design
- Expertise in user research (qualitative & quantitative), usability testing and A/B testing
- Advanced proficiency with design tools used by the bank (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
- Ability to create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Data‑driven decision making; experience analyzing metrics and KPIs
- Strategic thinking and business orientation toward conversion and satisfaction metrics
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary workshops and communicate designs to stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration skills with product owners, engineers and senior leadership
- Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
