- Lead the full product-design lifecycle for sophisticated AI products used by enterprise and public-sector organizations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define product direction, establish reusable design patterns, and create scalable user experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 7-12+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or technical platforms with advanced Figma skills and a portfolio of zero-to-one work. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working onsite three days a week in Austin or Reston.
