You will lead a team of UX/UI designers to develop optimized solutions and oversee the design strategy in collaboration with product teams. Your role involves conducting user research, managing testing, and ensuring the consistency of the user experience through wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers
- Conduct and supervise user research activities
- Define and drive the design strategy together with product teams
- Analyze test results and provide improvement recommendations
- Ensure consistency of user experience across projects
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the design system
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer in industry
- Strong management and team leadership skills
- Expertise in user research and usability testing
- Proficiency with design systems and creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch and the Adobe suite
- Ability to work in Agile teams and think about user journeys before interfaces
- Good command of English (preferred)
