Requirements
- Requires a formal qualification in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering and proven experience as a Design Manager for a main contractor or consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms is essential, along with a strong understanding of building regulations and multidisciplinary design.
