Lead the technical and commercial development of mechanical design solutions from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover. Manage external consultants and the supply chain to ensure designs are safe, compliant, and cost-effective for energy and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and commercial development of mechanical design solutions from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover. Manage external consultants and the supply chain to ensure designs are safe, compliant, and cost-effective for energy and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical building services design and pre-construction within an MEP or construction environment. A degree in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of CDM and RIBA standards are highly desired.
