Take ownership of the digital customer and partner experience across the entire journey from sales to support. Translate complex business processes into intuitive designs while contributing to the KPN Design System and collaborating within the UX Guild.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of digital customer and partner experience across the full journey
- Create vision and tangible designs for complex design challenges
- Apply systems thinking to connect processes, channels and systems
- Simplify complexity into intuitive, humanācentric experiences
- Present and defend design choices to stakeholders
- Document designs clearly and contribute to the KPN Design System
- Promote Design Thinking mindset within teams
- Collaborate with Conversational Specialists, Online Marketers, Product Specialists, Developers and Business Partners
- Participate in the UX Guild: give/receive feedback, conduct design reviews, share knowledge
- Drive design maturity and impact across the organization
- Explore new techniques and trends and bring them to the team
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX Design experience and leading UX projects
- Strong skills in user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and service concepts
- Experience designing digital ecosystems beyond isolated screens
- Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Knowledge of and contribution to a Design System
- Experience collaborating in a design community
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and impact
- Background in eCommerce is a plus

- Base salary ā¬4,634 ā ā¬6,780 per month (approximately ā¬55,608 ā ā¬81,360 annually)
- 13th month salary paid partially monthly and partially in January
