- Execute high-quality design work for FMCG projects while ensuring strict brand consistency and visual quality. Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level designers to maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.
Requirements
- Requires over 5 years of professional design experience with a strong background in FMCG and a proven track record of mentoring other designers. Must possess excellent English communication skills and proficiency in modern design tools, including AI-powered workflows.
