Web Developer & Graphic Designer

Design and develop websites in Webflow from wireframe to go-live and create graphic materials for digital and offline communication. Collaborate with strategists and project managers to maintain and optimize active projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete websites in Webflow from wireframe to launch
- Create graphic designs for digital and offline projects, including brand identities, communication materials, social content and campaign assets
- Collaborate daily with strategists, copywriters and project managers to turn ideas into concrete experiences
- Maintain, optimise and continuously improve active web projects
- Ensure high‑quality visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Proficiency with Webflow (must be able to build complete sites, not just edit templates)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for international team and client communication
- Excellent skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript is a plus
- Obsessive attention to detail in spacing, typography and visual consistency
- Portfolio that demonstrates both web and graphic design work
- Ability to work autonomously, be curious and thrive in a fast‑moving team
