The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the user experience of internal tools and customer platforms, including the analysis of complex workflows. Key tasks include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and evolving the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end user experience for internal tools and customer platforms
- Analyze and structure complex workflows and business processes
- Plan and conduct user research with internal users and customers
- Develop user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design consistent and intuitive interfaces across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve UX
- Advance the design system with a focus on scalability and consistency
- Promote UX best practices throughout the organization
Requirements
- Work permit for Germany
- Fluent German (C1) language proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience with a clear UX focus
- Experience designing complex, data‑driven applications (ideally B2B or FinTech)
- Strong user research, information architecture, and interaction design skills
- End‑to‑end design process experience across multiple user groups
- Proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and design systems
- Ability to integrate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Nice to have: experience in finance, factoring, or accounting
- Nice to have: experience with agile methodologies
