Senior Product Designer - Strategic Discovery (x,f,m)

You will lead early-stage product discovery by framing unclear problems and turning rough ideas into tangible product directions. You will facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including Product, Research, Engineering, and Business through workshops and co-creation.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑craft prototypes, product flows, and interfaces that feel like real products
- Turn vague ideas into bold concepts and tangible product directions
- Lead early discovery by framing unclear problems, setting hypotheses, and guiding teams
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co‑creation sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Communicate design rationale and influence decision‑making across the organization
- Maintain high visual quality and polish across all deliverables
Requirements
- 5‑6+ years of product design experience with strong discovery work
- Portfolio demonstrating discovery‑led case studies and high‑quality visual design
- Excellent design craft and attention to detail
- Ability to explain design decisions and their impact
- Fluency in English and German (C1+)
- Strong product thinking and collaboration across product, research, engineering, and business
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and moving quickly
- High standards, low ego, and ability to challenge ideas constructively
