Lead and coordinate the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical designs for complex construction projects in Spain. Act as the key interface between design and project delivery to ensure technical compliance, constructability, and alignment with project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery of mechanical and electrical designs for complex projects in Spain
- Act as the primary interface between design and project delivery teams
- Ensure technical compliance, constructability and alignment with project schedules
Requirements
- Strong experience in MEP design management for complex construction projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit
- Experience in data centre or missionâcritical projects is advantageous
