The Product Designer will conduct user research and create intuitive UX/UI solutions for a payment platform. They will collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement designs based on data and current trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors and problems
- Create personas and usage scenarios
- Design intuitive and visually refined UX/UI solutions
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing and other stakeholders to implement designs
- Manage project schedules and resources effectively
- Use data and analytics to make informed design decisions
- Monitor latest design trends, technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience using Protopie or similar prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio of UX/UI work
- Fluent Polish and English
- Good understanding of web and mobile platform capabilities and limitations
- Experience in fintech or banking is a plus
