UI/UX Designer
Thu Do Multimedia 🇻🇳 Hà Nội, Vietnam
Responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design process for OTT applications across Smart TV, Mobile, and Web platforms. This includes creating design systems for white-label products and collaborating with product managers and developers to improve user conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI from research through hand‑off and iteration
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI for Smart TV, mobile and web
- Design specific TV features such as Live TV, VOD, Catch‑up, Search and Recommendations
- Develop and maintain a multi‑brand design system/UI kit
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts and developers
- Analyze user insights and data to improve viewing experience and conversion rates
- Participate in research and product improvements for Vietnam and India markets
Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience in UI/UX or product design
- Experience designing consumer‑facing mobile/web products
- Preferably worked on OTT/IPTV/Streaming/Media projects
- Experience with Smart TV platforms (Android TV, Tizen, webOS, etc.) is a strong plus
- Proficient in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, UI and design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating problem‑solving process and results
- Product mindset with strong ownership and proactive attitude
