The Product Designer will conduct user research and discovery to define intuitive solutions while maintaining a high standard of graphic quality. They will collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to design web and mobile interfaces and ensure the consistency of the company's Design System.
Responsibilities
- Understand users and define appropriate design solutions
- Participate in discovery phases to identify user and business problems
- Conduct user research and translate findings into concrete recommendations
- Design high‑value web and mobile journeys and interfaces consistent with Lunii’s brand
- Explore multiple design directions and challenge proposals with product, tech and data teams
- Produce high‑quality wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring graphic consistency and delightful micro‑interactions
- Collaborate with developers to guarantee feasible and high‑quality implementations
- Define and track performance indicators for designed experiences
- Promote design culture and visual standards across the company
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design or UI Design, preferably B2C, e‑commerce or media
- Strong UX and UI skills with high visual sensitivity and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct user research (interviews, tests, qualitative and quantitative analysis)
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and mockups
- Experience enriching and maintaining a Design System
- Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and developers
- Comfort using data to inform design decisions
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with tools like Framer or Claude Code
- Interest in AI tools that can enhance design practice
