(Senior) UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) - App Design / fluege.de

Responsible for the conception and design of user-centric experiences for native iOS and Android apps, from wireframes to final UI. This includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with product and development teams for seamless handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design userâcentered experiences for fluege.de native iOS and Android apps
- Create user journeys, wireframes and final UI designs
- Plan and conduct qualitative usability tests and quantitative A/B tests, deriving actionable design improvements
- Maintain and evolve the design system, focusing on native app components
- Provide platformâspecific specifications, annotations and ensure smooth handoff to iOS and Android engineers
- Drive dataâinformed design decisions using app analytics, user behavior and business KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product, development and marketing to align requirements, priorities and user needs
Requirements
- Degree in UX, Interaction or Digital Design or comparable experience
- Proven experience designing native iOS and Android applications
- Strong knowledge of Apple HIG and Material Design 3
- Proficiency with Figma and design system maintenance
- Understanding of UXâKPIs, app analytics and dataâdriven design decisions
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies (preferred)
- Familiarity with AIâassisted design tools such as Figma AI (preferred)
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
