Establish customer-centric product strategies and UX directions based on user research and data analysis. Lead the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to execution, including the management of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to define product strategy and UX direction
- Design endโtoโend product experiences including IA, wireframes, prototypes, and UI visuals
- Collaborate closely with planners, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Balance user value with business goals and iterate designs based on performance metrics
- Define, maintain, and evolve the design system, components, and patterns
- Participate early in feature or product planning to influence strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital product design experience across mobile and web platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endโtoโend design, research, and impact
- Excellent communication skills for crossโfunctional collaboration
- Ability to simplify complex problems and design scalable solutions
- Proficiency with major design tools and interaction/prototyping software
- Experience with dataโdriven design decisions (user testing, A/B testing, analytics)
