- Lead the team responsible for building and evolving eBay's design system while focusing on talent development and team growth. Partner with the Principal of Design Systems to translate strategic vision into clear priorities, ownership, and high-quality execution.
Requirements
- Requires over 15 years of experience leading design teams, specifically within design systems or complex product environments. Must have a proven track record of hiring and coaching senior design talent and collaborating across Design, Product, and Engineering.
