The role focuses on designing digital experiences for global cash management, ensuring high adoption and transactional primacy for corporate clients. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate products and synthesizing research into viable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Influence design decisions for global cash‑management digital experiences used daily by hundreds of thousands of clients
- Conduct rigorous design research and apply usability principles to create intuitive solutions
- Advocate for customers as the primary champion of continuous improvement and inclusive design
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics and other stakeholders to design, validate and deliver digital products
- Maintain constant communication with Scrum teams (product managers, engineers, business areas) throughout conception, development and release
- Interact with developers, business areas and QA analysts to understand platform capabilities, communicate design specifications and validate implementations
- Generate clear visual deliverables and detailed specifications for developers
- Provide feedback to the broader design community and mentor peers
- Synthesize research findings into viable product experiences and define testing scope with research teams
- Drive Lean and Agile UX practices throughout the product lifecycle, balancing value, usability and feasibility
- Demonstrate leadership through frequent, effective communication with stakeholders and executives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Humanities, Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- More than 5 years of professional experience designing responsive web or native mobile applications
- Strong visual communication skills and ability to convey concepts quickly
- Experience working within and evolving a Design System
- Positive, resilient and growth‑oriented personality
- Proven ability to apply Design Thinking and user‑centered design principles
- Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work from sketches to high‑fidelity mockups
- High learning agility and curiosity about financial solutions
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, Proto.io
- Solid knowledge of people‑centered design practices, user research, testing and agile frameworks
- Ability to map customer journeys across multiple interaction paths
- Technical understanding of front‑end technologies and their constraints
