Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality digital and print assets to support various church ministries and marketing strategies. They will also collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to maintain brand consistency and manage project deliverables using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑quality digital and print collateral for all campuses, including social graphics, screen slides, brochures, event promos, digital signage, and direct mail
• Support the Lead Graphic Designer in maintaining visual alignment, tone, and quality across all church platforms
• Produce engaging designs that raise awareness, inspire members, and attract prospective attendees
• Track deliverables, update project statuses, and manage deadlines using Monday.com in coordination with the Communications Project Manager
• Proof and ensure graphic precision, correct specifications, and high visual standards before assets go to print or publication

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to learn Google Office Suite and Planning Center software
• Strong visual storytelling and layout design skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Passion for ministry and ability to work collaboratively in a church environment
