Graphic Designer - Social Media & Videography - As Needed

The designer will create engaging visual content and short-form videos for social media and digital marketing channels. They will also capture on-site photo and video content while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
• Create visual assets such as posts, stories, carousels, digital ads, and promotional materials
• Edit and produce short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital campaigns
• Capture basic photo and video content on‑site at company locations, events, or provider spotlights as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and align with marketing objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and operational stakeholders to develop content that supports patient education, provider recruitment, and brand awareness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed‑upon deadlines
• Stay current with social‑media trends, platform updates, video formats, and design best practices
• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio focused on social media and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• Demonstrated ability to create and edit short‑form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of social‑media creative specifications, sizing, and platform‑specific best practices
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
