Conceptualize and animate high-impact campaigns for social media, performance marketing, and corporate events. Lead the visual direction of projects to elevate the team's creative output and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and animate complete campaigns for social media, performance marketing, events and video content
- Produce high‑impact reels, TikToks, digital ads, corporate videos and other dynamic assets
- Lead visual direction for projects and mentor junior designers
- Integrate AI tools to enhance visual creation workflows
- Collaborate with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency and business impact
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements
- Exceptional visual judgment
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Strong expertise in After Effects and Motion Graphics
- Ability to conceptualize and animate full campaigns for social media, performance, events and audiovisual content
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, digital ads, corporate videos and high‑impact dynamic content
- Understanding of how creativity drives business results
- Leadership of visual projects and raising team creative standards
- Experience with AI tools for visual and audiovisual generation
- Basic Premiere Pro editing skills
- Background in branding, events, activations and experiential design
- Portfolio combining static design, motion and visual storytelling
