They will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure designs align with accessibility standards and the Ontario Design System.

- The UX Designer will lead end-to-end user research and design activities, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for complex digital products. They will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure designs align with accessibility standards and the Ontario Design System.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in human-centered UX research and design, with proven expertise in Figma and Azure DevOps. A strong background in public sector digital transformation and knowledge of AODA/WCAG accessibility requirements is required.
