The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for an AI-powered career platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects endâtoâend, delivering user flows, wireframes, lowâfidelity prototypes, highâfidelity mockups and visual assets
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical constraints
- Design conversational and AIâguided experiences (chat, voice, assistant) ensuring a coherent user experience
- Create mobileâfirst, accessible designs for users with varying language and digitalâliteracy levels
- Develop dataârich interfaces such as dashboards and progress indicators with strong visual hierarchy
- Own and evolve the design system, including documentation, style guides, component patterns and asset libraries
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, team members and stakeholders
- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results and recommend improvements
- Maintain professionalism, positivity and a collaborative attitude within the team
Requirements
- 3â5 years of UX and product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping and highâfidelity design
- Experience designing AIâpowered or conversational products such as chatbots or voice agents
- Experience designing consumerâfacing products, not just internal tools
- Experience with learning or educational product design, including progressâtracking systems
- Familiarity with LLMâbased feature behavior and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of frontâend development technologies (e.g., React) and design handoff processes
- Experience designing accessible, mobileâfirst interfaces meeting WCAG standards
- Understanding of usability testing and user research methods
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, meet deadlines and maintain professionalism
