- Lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel's design system across web and mobile platforms. Develop scalable technical components and automate design-to-engineering workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Requires 5-7 years of product design experience with at least 4 years focused on scalable design systems. Must have expertise in Figma, React, TypeScript, and the Figma Plugin API, along with a strong understanding of MUI.
