Requirements
- Requires 5-7 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a Staff-level role, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-powered features. Candidates must possess deep expertise in UI/UX, data-informed design, and the ability to navigate complex fintech/payroll flows.
