The Manufacturing Shopfloor Design Manager Specialist is responsible for optimizing shopfloor layouts to ensure efficient material flow, equipment placement, and worker ergonomics. They also manage capacity expansion projects and ensure all designs comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • The Manufacturing Shopfloor Design Manager Specialist is responsible for optimizing shopfloor layouts to ensure efficient material flow, equipment placement, and worker ergonomics. They also manage capacity expansion projects and ensure all designs comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification with hands-on experience in DMAIC and proficiency in 2D/3D CAD modeling. Strong project management skills and a solid understanding of EHS regulations in manufacturing are also required.
