The Service Design Manager defines and implements the service design and transition approach for the TfL Proteus contract. They lead all activities to ensure changes to the Revenue Collection System are designed, assured, and transitioned into live service compliantly.
Responsibilities
- The Service Design Manager defines and implements the service design and transition approach for the TfL Proteus contract. They lead all activities to ensure changes to the Revenue Collection System are designed, assured, and transitioned into live service compliantly.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and proven experience in service design and transition within large-scale IT integration programs. Proficiency in ITIL, ISO 20000, and experience with multi-supplier environments are essential.
