Design user-centric digital experiences from research to final delivery, including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evolve the Design System and iterate products based on metrics and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centered digital experiences from research through final delivery
- Participate actively in discovery, research and validation phases with users
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of the Design System, promoting consistency and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development cycle
- Iterate continuously based on metrics, research findings and team feedback
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product designs and leverage AI‑assisted design tools
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience designing digital products
- Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Behavioral Design, Product Design or related fields
- Portfolio showing end‑to‑end design process (research, sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and Design Systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX research fundamentals
- Experience with usability testing and Design Thinking methodologies
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, information architecture, interaction design and user flows
- Ability to create high‑fidelity prototypes and scalable solutions
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Bonus: experience integrating AI into design, familiarity with generative models (e.g., GPT) and AI‑assisted design tools
