Product Designer

The role involves bridging the gap between clients, technical teams, and users by managing the product roadmap and functional specifications. The designer will create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces while conducting user tests to iterate on designs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate client needs into clear functional specifications
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Facilitate design and scoping workshops with clients
- Ensure continuity between design and development phases
- Create fluid user journeys and coherent UX/UI designs
- Produce wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Develop polished interfaces from design system to final screens
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- Significant experience in product design and/or product management, preferably in an agency or project‑based environment
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to translate strategic thinking into pixel‑perfect designs
- Autonomous and curious mindset, comfortable handling multiple projects
- Sensitivity to mobile, IoT or AI domains is a plus

- Annual gross salary of €35,000 – €40,000 depending on experience
