Lead the development of high-quality visual assets for digital and print media while shaping the company's creative direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level designers to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation of visual assets for digital and print media, including campaigns, website graphics, social media content and advertisements
- Develop key visuals and campaign concepts that communicate brand messages
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency across all materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, Web Development and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior and midâlevel designers, providing guidance and feedback
- Review design quality, ensure deliverables meet brand standards and technical specs
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy
- Work with external vendors, printers and production partners as needed
- Stay current with design trends, AIâpowered tools and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing and campaign work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital platforms, social media, websites and print production
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Organized with strong timeâmanagement and problemâsolving abilities
- Experience in fastâpaced corporate or agency environments
- Preferred: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Sketch, basic HTML/CSS, AIâpowered creative tools
