UX / UI Designer

The role involves designing user interfaces and experiences for web-based energy monitoring platforms, including dashboards and reporting screens. The designer will create and manage design systems and collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop UI for web‑based platforms, maintaining corporate design standards
- Create user‑focused visual designs for dashboards, reports, charts and control panels
- Design user flows, information architecture, screen scenarios and interaction models
- Produce wireframes, mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes for validation
- Build and maintain design systems, UI component libraries and standards
- Ensure responsive designs work consistently across devices and screen sizes
- Consider accessibility and usability throughout the design process
- Prepare design specifications, component documentation and assets for developers
- Collaborate closely with frontend and full‑stack teams to verify implementation
- Analyze user feedback, usage data and usability tests to continuously improve UI/UX
- Document design decisions, screen flows and component usage
- Research and propose innovative design solutions aligned with current trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design or related field
- At least 3 years professional experience in UI/UX design
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Strong skills in wireframing, mockups, prototyping and user flow creation
- Experience creating design systems, UI component libraries and corporate design standards
- Proven ability to design dashboards, reporting screens, data visualizations and management panels
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with development teams (preferred)
- Ability to produce design assets ready for developers
- Data‑driven decision making based on user research, feedback and analytics
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
- Up‑to‑date with UI/UX trends and tools
- Technical English reading ability
