Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive (M/F)

Develop visual content and support the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand communication across digital and offline channels. Coordinate with external suppliers and internal business units to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Analyze briefs and define technical and creative requirements
• Plan projects, set timelines and estimate costs
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Conceptualize visuals that align with brand identity and campaign goals
• Prepare drafts, mood boards and present creative proposals
• Develop illustrations, logos and other graphic elements using professional software or manual techniques
• Create digital and offline campaign materials such as banners, ads, brochures, social media posts and newsletters
• Test designs across different media and formats for compatibility and quality
• Adjust and optimise graphics based on internal feedback
• Oversee corporate identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Organise and manage image, video and other digital asset libraries
• Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Content, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to improve digital presence or campaign efficiency
• Implement and track marketing action plans for various brands
• Coordinate with external vendors and Business Units to align needs, timings, materials and deliveries
• Participate in regular visits to the resort and partners to support marketing actions and ensure proper distribution of materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field
• More than 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or similar role
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects preferred)
• Familiarity with digital platforms (CMS, social media, email marketing)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to work independently
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English
