- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ product designers and UX writers to drive design velocity and consistency. Optimize end-to-end design processes and integrate AI toolsets to enhance team efficiency and experience metrics.
Requirements
- Requires at least 7 years of UX/UI experience with a proven track record of managing teams of 10+ members. Must possess advanced Figma expertise and professional fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
