Lead the formulation and execution of CX/UX design strategies to maximize customer value and business outcomes. Manage and develop the design team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute CX/UX (including UI) design strategy for client projects
- Manage and mentor the design team
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation
- Optimize customer journeys and propose improvements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales)
- Research and introduce new design trends and technologies
- Ensure design quality aligns with client brand and vision
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX design, with strong emphasis on CX
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma
- Project and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience designing for mobile apps, web services, or e‑commerce (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile development environments (preferred)
- Experience building design systems (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)
