Design professional and trendy Print on Demand products for Western markets, ensuring high-quality layouts and typography. Optimize design files for various printing techniques like DTG and UV printing while collaborating with marketing teams to develop new concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design POD products (t‑shirts, mugs, posters, tote bags, tumblers, phone cases, blankets, etc.) with professional layout, color and typography for Western audiences
- Research and apply current design trends in EU/US markets
- Create concepts and turn ideas into market‑ready designs, ensuring originality and consumer appeal
- Prepare and optimise files for various printing methods (DTG, UV printing, etc.)
- Organise design files for easy retrieval and version control
- Maintain project timelines and ensure print quality, checking technical specifications for e‑commerce platforms
- Collaborate with concept and marketing teams to develop new ideas and adjust designs based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field
- Proficient in Photoshop (required) and Illustrator
- Fundamental design knowledge, visual principles and typography
- Basic English proficiency
- Teamwork and time‑management skills
- Creative thinking, strong aesthetic sense, ability to follow POD trends quickly
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) is a plus
- Ability to create mockups and product photography is a plus
- Experience in POD or e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) is a plus
Benefits
- Salary: 12,000,000 – 14,000,000 VNĐ + 1,000,000 VNĐ lunch allowance, free parking, 300,000 VNĐ monthly fuel support
- Minimum 14‑month salary per year; annual salary review in July
