- Candidates need 3 to 5 years of B2B design experience, specifically in building brand systems and designing for LinkedIn and conversion-focused landing pages. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is non-negotiable, alongside a portfolio demonstrating restraint and purposeful design.
