senior UX designer
Politie Nederland 🇳🇱 Nieuwegein, Utrecht, Netherlands
Responsible for designing the integral and uniform user experience for the Basic Identity Verification facility (BVID). This includes conducting user research, creating user journeys, designing interfaces, and validating prototypes through usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop service artefacts such as personas, user journeys, service blueprints and wireframes
- Design low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes adhering to WCAG standards
- Help maintain and evolve the Design System
- Perform qualitative and quantitative user research and validate prototypes with users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects and product owners in SAFE Agile DevOps teams
- Participate in onsite user research and usability testing
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (HBO) in Industrial/Product Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, Digital Design or similar
- Minimum 7 years of UX design experience in service and product design
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Preferably experience in the public sector or government organisations
- Proven background in Enterprise Design
