The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end user experience for growth-focused product flows across various platforms. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven design solutions that increase conversion rates and optimize the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex user flows and own topâtoâbottomâofâtheâfunnel experience
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define dataâdriven product direction
- Analyze user data and testing results to identify growth opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and design systems
- Design across iOS, Android, desktop, and mobileâweb platforms
- Integrate brand visual language and tone of voice into UI
- Execute visual design from research through final handâoff
- Present and defend designs to executive stakeholders
- Guide illustrations and microâanimations to enhance experience
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of endâtoâend UX and UI design experience in a product company
- Experience with growthâdesign practices
- Strong visual design portfolio
- Proficiency with Figma, Claude, and other AI design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to think strategically about product vision
- Selfâmanagement and ability to prioritize in a fastâpaced environment
