The Product Designer will lead user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing, to create cohesive digital experiences. They will also act as a design advocate, facilitating co-creation workshops and contributing to the company's global design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, testing, etc.) and translate findings into user journeys
- Create pixelâperfect mockups that engineers can implement
- Facilitate coâcreation workshops to align teams on a shared vision
- Promote and contribute to Schneider Electric's design system and digital ecosystem
- Use and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Represent design and advocate for the user within the organization
Requirements
- 2â3 years of experience as a product designer
- Passion for product design, design systems, and industrialization
- Proficiency with UX tools for research and prototyping
- Strong communication skills in English
- Creative, detailâoriented, and obsessed with simplicity
- Good graphic and brand design sensibility
