Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating business goals into high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create, iterate, and ship high-quality digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end product design from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and opportunities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Validate concepts through research and usability testing
- Document designs clearly for implementation
- Maintain consistency with brand and design systems
- Ship high‑quality experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of product or UX design experience, including senior‑level responsibilities
- Strong product design capabilities with end‑to‑end solution delivery
- Practical experience in UX research and insight translation
- Proficiency in UI design, creating accessible and cohesive interfaces
- Fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems and component libraries
- Experience designing for web and mobile with responsive design knowledge
- Understanding of accessibility principles and platform constraints
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency and a solid portfolio
