The designer will create intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences including websites, landing pages, and dashboards. They will collaborate with founders and developers to translate business requirements into high-quality interactive prototypes and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design websites, landing pages, dashboards and other digital products
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile
- Improve navigation, usability, accessibility and customer conversion
- Conduct user and competitor research
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Review user feedback and performance data to improve designs
- Prepare design files, specifications and assets for developers
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UI/UX or product design experience
- Strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Auto Layout, components and prototyping
- Understanding of typography, colour, spacing, responsive design and UX principles
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑quality interfaces
- Good communication, time‑management and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with e‑commerce, D2C brands, Shopify, landing pages or conversion optimisation (preferred)
