Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts for brand and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, presentations, websites and print materials
- Build and maintain consistent brand identities and visual systems
- Translate briefs into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate with marketing, content and business teams
- Present design thinking and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional graphic‑design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, branding, typography and campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of branding, colour, layout and visual storytelling
- Ability to think independently and develop multiple creative directions
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
- Must be based in Gurugram or nearby and able to commute to the office
