Senior/Staff Product Designer

Lead the design of AI-native workflows and strategic initiatives to translate complex data into intuitive user experiences. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution and mentor other designers to raise the bar for craft.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic design initiatives that translate complex, data‑rich problems into intuitive experiences
• Define end‑to‑end workflows and ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences
• Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to integrate capabilities into user‑centric designs
• Mentor other designers and contribute to design systems and patterns
• Deliver high‑fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and design specifications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into product direction
• Advocate for design quality throughout development cycles
• Stay current with AI, search technologies, and industry trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with strong interaction design and systems thinking portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Expertise in end‑to‑end workflow design for data‑heavy SaaS products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, high‑fidelity prototyping)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; bonus with React
• Experience leveraging AI tools in design process
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Mentoring and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and storytelling
• Experience in financial services or investment workflows is a plus
